Your deposit will ONLY be refunded if we cancel your appointment or an error occurs on our end. If you cannot make your appointment for any reason, your deposit can be used for a future appointment

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your hair, bring it up before you leave the shop. Any concerns must be addressed within 24 hours of installation.

Styles can not be changed on the day of your appointment. Do not book for full service if you are getting touch up.
